I first couldn’t believe the near 5-star rating, but after experiencing their service, I can say they truly deserve it. My dryer was completely filled with lint, to the point where the pipe was detaching from the dryer, and they were able to show me the impact that buildup can have. It really made it clear how important it is to have this cleaned yearly, which I’ll definitely be doing moving forward. The vents to my furnace were also completely clogged with spider webs and dust. AJ and Arvin were very hardworking, delivered exactly what they promised, and went above and beyond normal service. I was very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

Great experience with the team at Duct Ninjas! We called a few places, and they were the only ones that were able to help. We used a kit from Amazon to try to clean the ducts, but it broke and got stuck inside. They weren't able to remove the piece, but removed the lint they could and didn't even charge for it. Very fair and honest.

A few days ago, my tenant's electric dryer failed and had to have the heating element replaced. The cause was a blocked dryer vent that had not been cleaned in years. I Googled and called several duct cleaning companies for quotes. Not a pleasant experience. I finally found one in my postal code, Duct Ninjas. I called Ali and he came over today with his fully equipped truck. He found the problem, cleared the dryer duct, and the charge was very reasonable! Problem solved. Ali was great and clearly knew his trade. I told him to put me on his annual list for duct cleaning. I strongly recommend Ali and his services for anyone who needs their ducts cleaned and does not want to be screwed!! 5 stars!!
